About Doctor

I am a certified medical doctor, PhD, an author and speaker all with the aim to help people better understand the power of health optimisation and the concept of sustainable medicine.

My expertise is the intersection between the fields of cardiology, functional medicine and epigenetics, and I partnered with other scientists across the largest medical centres in London, New York and Auckland, New Zealand to perform extensive research and publish my book called Essential Angioplasty.

Through my work, I am endeavouring to help advance both the scientific community, and the public at large in understanding health optimisation, a topic I covered extensively in my groundbreaking 7-week programme called the Grace School.

I am an Honorary Cardiologist at the University College London Hospital, and a member of the Royal College of Physicians, and the British Cardiac and Cardiovascular Society.

I have completed a Master’s degree in International Healthcare Management.

I am an author of a book “Essential Angioplasty” published by Willey-Blackwell both in the UK and the USA and a co-author of numerous chapters and medical publications.

I have founded a non-profit, the Silver-lined Heart inspired by the values of humility, inclusivity and courage. The Silver-lined Heart raises funds to support people, projects and ideas to transform the way we think about health. Details can be found on www.thesilverlinedheart.org

Motivated by my own charitable work I serve as a mentor for Reach Out and volunteer for Save the Children.

Particular interest:

Acute coronary syndromes and reperfusion therapy
